DDAO is a decyl amine oxide surfactant that provides superior coupling power without excessive foam.
It is the derivative of 2,6-Dichloroquinone-4-chloroimide, which is used as a reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of phenols as well as other aromatic compounds.
