Antioxidant TMQ is an amber to off-white resinous powder. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide and acetone, slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbons, insoluble in water.
Mainly used as rubber antioxidant, suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber such as nitrile, styrene-butadiene, ethylene propylene and chloroprene.
