Performance Benefits

Supports efficient vulcanization in rubber systems.
Improves processing stability.
Suitable for compounds requiring dependable performance.
Widely used in technical rubber formulations.

Typical Applications

Rubber compounding
Tires and technical rubber goods
Chemical intermediate uses
Specialty formulations requiring sulfur-containing additives
It can also be used as a heat stabilizer for emulsion polyvinyl chloride. It is especially suitable for soft products. The general dosage is 0.2-0.5%. It will not color plastic products, but it cannot prevent the products from being discolored by light. It cannot be used together with lead and cadmium stabilizers, otherwise it will cause discoloration of the product.

DPTUis also an intermediate for medicines and dyes, and is used in the production of indigo, methyl indigo, sulfur dyes, flotation agents, anti-acid agents, etc.
