Ethyl Ziram is an ultra-fast sulfur vulcanization accelerator used in rubber compounding and latex processing. It is valued for its high activity, good curing efficiency and dependable performance in compounds that need rapid vulcanization and stable processing behavior. It is a white to light yellow powder, odorless and insoluble in water.

ZDEC is mainly used as rubber accelerator and cross-linking agent. It can promote the vulcanization reaction of rubber and improve the antioxidant and wear resistance of rubber. In addition, ZDEC is also commonly used in the processing and modification of rubber products.

Used as a super accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially suitable for butyl rubber, EPDM rubber and latex. Non-toxic, odorless, suitable for white or brightly colored and transparent products. Application in rubber products in contact with food.
