Octadecanamine

Octadecanamine is white granule, Total amine value 185-213 mg/g, content 95%, Freezing point 47-53℃, Iodine value＜3g/100g.

It is used as an intermediate in organic synthesis to produce octadecylquaternary ammonium salts and various additives, such as thickeners for cationic greases, mineral processing reagents, pesticides and asphalt emulsifiers, antistatic agents for fabrics, softeners, wetting agents and water repellents, surfactants, fungicides, color formers for color films, and corrosion inhibitors for oil refining plants.
