2,5-Ditert-butylhydroquinone, DTBHQ is used as antioxidant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can delay the oxidative aging and ultraviolet aging of vulcanized rubber and unvulcanized rubber. It is a non-staining and non-polluting antioxidant that does not pollute rubber products and does not discolor under sunlight. It is better than ordinary antioxidants in terms of oxidation resistance, and can also improve the heat resistance and flex crack resistance of rubber products.

This product also has a good anti-aging effect on adhesives. Easily dispersed and has no effect on vulcanization. This product is suitable for manufacturing light-colored rubber products, medical supplies, latex products, adhesive tapes, etc. It can also be used as an antioxidant for oils and synthetic resins. In the plastics industry, it can be used as a heat and light stabilizer for polyolefins and polyformaldehyde.
