This product is a white to light yellow colloidal liquid. Relative density 0.884, HLB value 15.7, flash point (open cup) 180℃, surface tension (0.1% solution) 34×10-3N/m. Water solubility: at 20℃, solubility <1%. Soluble in alcohol. Has excellent stability, surface activity, emulsification, bactericidal, disinfectant, soft and antistatic properties.

Generally, products with active content more than 3-4% are used as asphalt emulsifiers and soil waterproofing agents. Other specifications are used as synthetic fiber antistatic agents, oil paint cosmetics additives, hair conditioners, disinfectants, fabric softeners, soft detergents, silicone oil emulsifiers, etc.
