Properties:
Propyleneglycol Alginate (PGA), is made by deep processing alginate extracted from natural seaweed.
It appears as a white or light yellow powder and has a viscous colloidal aqueous solution.
Compared with alginate, it has stronger acid and salt resistance, making it an excellent marine food additive.

Applications:
1. In the food industry, it is used as a thickener, emulsifier, and stabilizer.
2. Alginate propylene glycol ester has strong acid resistance and can be applied in acidic environments with pH 3-5.
3. Propylene glycol alginate ester has good foaming and emulsifying ability and is widely used in yogurt products, seasonings and beer foam stabilizers.
4. Propylene glycol alginate ester has the characteristics of hydration, anti-aging, tissue improvement, etc. It is suitable for dry and raw flour products, wet and raw flour products, instant rice flour products, frozen rice flour products, bread, cakes and other baked foods.
