Epoxidized Soya Bean Oil (ESBO) is a bio-based additive widely used as a secondary plasticizer and heat stabilizer, especially in PVC formulations. It is valued for its good compatibility, low volatility and excellent ability to improve heat resistance and processing performance in flexible polymer systems.

Epoxy soybean oil is a chemical product produced by oxidation treatment of soybean oil.
It is a light yellow viscous oily liquid at room temperature and a widely used non-toxic plasticizer and stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride.
It has good compatibility with PVC resin, low volatility, and low mobility. It has excellent thermal stability and photostability, as well as good water and oil resistance.
It can endow products with good mechanical strength, weather resistance, and electrical properties, and is non-toxic.
It is an internationally recognized chemical process additive for food packaging materials.
